Baby Yoga 0-10m
In this lesson you can expect gentle exercises for mothers and your babies up to 10 months.
Babies get to know their body with the help of rhymes, poems, songs and simple basic movements with the help of their mother. Lessons are conducted with regard to the psychomotor development and activity of the child. Mothers are offered advice and recommendations how to activate the pelvic floor, exercises for sacroiliac and sacrolumbar joints and overall stretching.
The lesson focuses on a deep stabilization system, core, pelvic floor, posture, strengthening of the whole body after childbirth, stretching and demonstrations of how to work independently at home during daily activities. This lesson is for mothers who want to start working on themselves after giving birth, but at the same time want to have their baby with them at all times.
During the lesson, it may happen that your baby will cry, will not want to cooperate or will just want his dose of milk. Everything is allowed. Don't stress and come and enjoy yourself.
In the studio, there is also children's corner, you can heat snack for your child, make yourself cup of tea or coffee.
