Hot Yin Yoga
This lesson is suitable for everyone even for complete beginners or people with physical disabilities. Yin Yoga has a positive effect on life energy and injects it into the cells and organs of the whole body. By applying pressure to points along the meridians, yin yoga affects the health of specific organs in the same way as acupuncture. To this is added a heated hall and thus warming your whole body to the deepest layers.
Yin Yoga (also known as acupuncture without a needle) has a beneficial effect on the flow of life energy (chi) into the cells and organs of the whole body. It significantly helps the flexibility of the joints, strengthens the immune system, releases excess tension and brings a feeling of calm and lightness.
To achieve this effect, you remain in poses for at least 2.5 minutes. At the level of the mind, yin yoga cultivates nonjudgemental attention to what appears in our physical, emotional, and energetic bodies. It anchors us firmly in the present moment and helps us to cultivate a free and joyful approach to life. You will leave relaxed and strengthened at the same time, in body and in mind.
