Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga (also known as acupuncture without needles) significantly improves the flow of life energy (chi) to the cells and organs in the whole body. Significantly contributes to the flexibility of the joints, strengthens the immune system, releases excess tension and brings a sense of peace and harmony.
By applying pressure to points along the meridians yin yoga affects the health of specific organs in the same way as acupuncture. To achieve this effect, you remain in poses for at least 2.5 minutes. At the level of the mind, yin yoga cultivates nonjudgemental attention to what appears in our physical, emotional, and energetic bodies. It anchors us firmly in the present moment and helps us to cultivate a free and joyful approach to life. You will leave relaxed and strengthened at the same time, in body and in mind.
This lesson is intended for everyone who wants to go deeper to their heart, everyone who just started yoga practise or knows it longer.
