Fitness studio s.r.o. as the operator of this site and yoga studio Yoga Brno is very keen to protect your privacy and your personal data. That is why you will find out here what kind of information we keep about you, how we handle it and what are your rights.
What kind of data we are collecting?
The type and amount of data we collect depends on whether you are our client or whether you are only visitor of this site. Let's start with the simplest.
About all visitors to this site
We use Google Analytics (https://www.google.com/analytics), which uses cookies to track traffic to these sites. Cookies are small text files that your web browser saves and when you return to our site later, we will know that you have been here. These files do not contain any personal information, it is only a random identifier that you receive at the first visit.
If you do not want to use cookies, you can disable them in your browser settings. How to do it? Simply search "how to disable browser cookies".
If you are only a visitor to this site and have not been practising with us, you have not made a reservation on one of our classes or you have not contacted us via the contact form, we do not have any more inforamtion about you.
About our clients
If you are already our client, we probably know a little more about you. If you have written us an email, either directly or through the contact form on this site, we have this kind of information:
- your e-mail address
- your name, which you entered in the contact form
- your mobile number, if you entered it
- and your message
If you already have a reservation with us or you have been practicing with us, we will have this kind of information:
- your e-mail address
- your name
- your phone number, if you entered it
- date, time and class you have attended
- date, time and class you have booked
- your purchased yoga passes
All of these information are stored solely for the purpose of the studio and booking system.
Your personal information are necessary for your identification when you create a new booking, buy a new yoga pass or you come to practise. The history of your entries and bookings are used to correctly calculate the use of your yoga passes and the needs of our Bonus Program.
What about the customer section?
If you also have a registration in our customer section, all you have to enter is your login password. That does not mean we know your password. Your password is not saved anywhere. At first registration, only a certain value has been calculated from your password, and we only store this calculated value. However, neither us nor anyone else can find out your stored password. Therefore, if you forget your password, we can not send you the password and you have to choose a new one.
What are the data used for?
As mentioned above, we only use all data for studios and reservation systems.
We do not share your data with anyone, pass it on to third parties, or use it for marketing purposes. So you do not have to worry about getting your personal information from us to any unauthorized person.
Where are the data stored?
All data are stored on servers in the Czech Republic and are subjected to Czech legislation.
How long do we store the data?
If you do not directly ask us to remove your data (see your rights below), we keep your data without time limit. Even if you come to us in a year or two, you will still have your booking history, customer registration, etc.
What are your right?
- Whenever you can ask us to remove your personal information from our database.
However, because we use all data for operational purposes, you will lose all of your history here. This applies, for example, to your permanent presence, registration and any discounts in the Bonus Program. The only exception is your email address, which we still need as information that you have been with us ever since, so you will not get again special discount as a new customers. - Whenever you can request from us all your data we collect in a machine-readable format. However, if you do not need to process this data, it will be much easier to log in to our customer section and see all of the data. Just click on the "History" button under reservations or check-ins and you can see when you bought our first ticket or your first lesson.
- You may ask us to change the personal information we have stored. Or sign up for our customer section and click on your email at the top of the page to customize your information.
