Gentle Yoga
Gentle yoga is based on classical (hatha) yoga. The main focus is on stretching, moving the joints and stretching the back. This lesson is teaching proper posture, harmonizes the mind and breath. The lesson has calm pace in a gentle light form. We will move easily and without tension to the positions so that you can find what you need in them. You will realize the importance of the breath and the power of the present moment. Thanks to this, gentle yoga is also suitable for seniors and for everyone with reduced mobility.
