Core Yoga is focused on strengthening the center of the body and a deep stabilization system with an emphasis on breathing strength, flexibility and muscle strength, balance and coordination of movement. It helps to adjust posture and movement stereotypes.
Core Yoga combines dynamic sets with endurance stops, works with different parts of the center of the body and abdominal muscles, and also teaches us how to use our breath for the strengthening our core. And although the emphasis is primarily on the "core", other parts of the body such as our hips, legs and back will not be forgotten.
It is back pain that is caused by frequent overloading, demanding or stereotypical physical load, poor posture or inappropriate movement stereotype. By strengthening the center of the body, we help our diaphragm to function properly, how to activate involvement of the whole body and thus prevent back pain, especially in the lumbar part.
