Fun yoga for children aged approximately between 3 to 6 years. Lessons are led to boost independence and self-confidence. Children practice without a parent, but if they still need them in the beginning, it is definitely good to have a mother / dad nearby. They get used to it very quickly and gain confidence in a non-competitive environment. Kids yoga is playful, sometimes noisy, sometimes quiet. It is full of stories, animals and fairy tales. The lessons are playful and colourful, full of imagination and creative thinking.

Children stretch in a fun way, but also strengthen. Yoga supports breathing techniques (suitable for allergy sufferers, asthmatics), strengthens core and promotes proper posture. It brings benefits not only on a physical level, but also on a mental one.

If your child still needs you as a support in the lesson, it is not a problem to be in the lesson.
